Honestly, the top choice! We found out about this site from an ad we came across and thought we’d give it a shot. The deals are just unbelievable! We looked at the same property we reserved on four different sites - whimstay was $480 cheaper than the best price we discovered anywhere else! For sure, this is our new favorite site.

I scored an awesome deal for a stay in Philadelphia. My reservation turned out to be with a fantastic and professional property manager. The place was tidy and chic. We had a lovely time - the discount was just the icing on the cake.

Whimstay booked us a spot that was up for sale and not available. We had to reach out to THEM to find out what was going on the day before our trip since we got no word from them. Super disappointed, won't be using their service again.

Avoid launching a customer-oriented online business if you’re not ready to put money into customer service. I gave Whimstay a shot after my holiday Airbnb fell through. I entered my desired dates several times, but the site kept altering them. It took over two days for Whimstay to get back to me about the problem, and in the end, it wasn’t resolved. Don’t count on any flexibility, either. I can’t suggest this service.

What a fantastic Florida getaway! I make it a point to visit Florida every year, and this time was by far the best rental experience. We celebrated the 4th of July here with my family, and upon arrival, we found a stunning home that looked even better than the photos. There were six of us, and there was plenty of space for all. The two master suites were absolutely beautiful! The kids' rooms had charming Disney-themed decor. The in-ground pool was pristine and super relaxing. The host was truly exceptional—definitely the best I've encountered. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine from a nearby vineyard. When I asked where to find it in stores, she not only told me but also surprised us with two more bottles! We had a little hiccup with the refrigerator not making ice, but the host was there in no time. When she couldn't fix it, she went out and brought back ice for us. She kept checking in to see if we needed anything else. I've never experienced such outstanding customer service from a rental company, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I felt right at home and really didn’t want to leave. This trip was just for the girls, but I can't wait for the rest of the family to come and enjoy it too! Thanks a ton!

The best Florida vacation I've had! I go to Florida each year and this was the best rental. I spent 4th of July here with my family. We arrived to a beautiful home where the pictures didnt do any justice. There were 6 of us and more than enough room for everyone. The 2 master suites were gorgeous! The kids rooms were decorated lovely with Disney characters. The in ground pool at the home was clean and relaxing. The host was the absolute best I have ever had. We arrived to a complimentary bottle of wine from a vineyard close by. When I asked were to find in stores she told me but then bought us 2 more bottles. The refrigerator was not producing ice. When I called, the host was there within minutes. When she could not fix the problem she went to the store and bought us ice back. She also kept checking to see if we needed more. I have never received that type of customer care from a rental company, and plan to visit again. I felt at home and didnt want to leave. This was only a girls trip and I can't wait until the rest of the family comes to enjoy! Thank u!

I previously wrote a not-so-great review because I had some medical problems that prevented me from making my booking, and I didn’t get a refund after paying for a booking that was supposed to be refundable. I can't express how much it meant to me when one of the founders reached out and sorted everything out. It really made my week after all the tough stuff I’ve been dealing with. The booking issue was with a third party, so it wasn’t Whimstay’s fault at all. I highly recommend this company for their integrity!
